My career began in commercial interiors, where I gained hands-on experience delivering fit-out projects across a range of sectors. It was during this time that I developed the knowledge and experience that would eventually lead to founding Artico. The details matter. It's an approach that's been with me throughout my career and continues to define the way we work.

Artico began while I was still working full-time, after a friend asked me to help deliver a fit-out project. What started as a single opportunity quickly grew into something much bigger. I spent early mornings, evenings and weekends building the business around my day job, taking on projects wherever I could.

The first jobs were relatively modest, but they quickly grew in scale. Within a year, we were delivering larger projects across different sectors, giving me the confidence to leave full-time employment and focus on Artico full-time.

Today, Artico has a growing in-house team, a trusted network of subcontractors and is based in Wilmslow, delivering projects across the UK.

From working on a laptop at my dining table to where we are today, a lot has changed, but one thing hasn't: the details still matter.
